Role Overview
Amazon Business is a fast-growing global B2B marketplace redefining how organisations purchase and procure at scale. We are looking for a driven Enterprise Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead paid media and direct mail acquisition strategies that generate high-quality enterprise leads and fuel revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and commerce, shaping how large enterprises discover and adopt Amazon Business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across display, search, social, and programmatic media channels to drive enterprise customer acquisition
- Lead direct mail campaign planning and execution in coordination with external agencies and internal creative teams
- Partner with marketing operations teams to develop compelling messaging and campaign assets tailored to enterprise decision-makers
- Leverage marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools to optimise audience targeting, budget allocation, and overall campaign performance
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on enterprise acquisition targets
- Monitor campaign KPIs, run A/B tests, and deliver actionable insights to continuously improve conversion rates and return on investment
- Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure timely and effective delivery of paid media and direct mail programmes at scale
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional marketing experience outside of internships
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel
- At least 1 year of experience designing, building, and launching email engagement or lifecycle nurture programmes
- Proficiency in data manipulation, pivot tables, macros, and charts using Excel or Tableau

Requirements
- 2 or more years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 2 or more years of experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel
- 1 or more years of experience building and launching lifecycle or nurture email programmes
- Proficiency in data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables in Excel or Tableau
- Strong analytical and campaign optimisation skills
- Experience managing paid media channels including display, search, social, and programmatic
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and operations teams
