Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Customer Service Associate for its Voice process, specialising in French language collections and customer support. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Chennai for candidates with strong French communication skills and a background in accounts receivable or customer service. You will be part of a globally connected operations team serving clients across industries. Key Responsibilities - Handle French language inbound and outbound calls and emails related to debt collection and follow-ups - Manage dispute resolutions and ensure timely closure of outstanding accounts - Maintain and update the accounts receivable ledger accurately - Build and sustain strong client relationships through consistent and professional communication - Coordinate with internal teams and supervisors to resolve routine operational issues - Work within defined guidelines and escalate complex cases as needed - Adapt to rotational shift requirements as per business needs Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or any graduate degree - 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or accounts receivable - Expert-level proficiency in French language (spoken and written) - Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and stakeholder handling - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently - Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and ledger maintenance Why Join Us Accenture offers a dynamic, inclusive work environment backed by cutting-edge technology and a global network of over 784,000 professionals serving clients in more than 120 countries. Requirements

- Expert proficiency in French language (spoken and written) - 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or AR roles - BCom or any graduate qualification - Strong account management and negotiation skills - Experience in accounts receivable and ledger maintenance - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines - Comfortable working in rotational shifts - Ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision
