Customer Remediation Analytics Leader - Senior Vice President

Role Overview Citi is seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President to lead the Customer Remediation Analytics function within the USCC Client Remediation Team at AIM India. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires driving end-to-end client remediation processes in alignment with Issue Management Procedures, US Consumer Remediation Policy, and regulatory mandates. The ideal candidate will champion a data and analytics driven framework to improve remediation speed, delivery accuracy, and governance across a multi-site model spanning Chennai and Gurugram. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the client remediation analytics team, ensuring accurate and complete identification of impacted customer populations with thorough documentation of data waterfalls, sources, and assumptions - Develop and implement robust analytical solutions for continuous auditing across a wide range of consumer products and multiple data platforms including SAS and EAP - Establish strong quality control tollgates throughout the remediation lifecycle to ensure timely and accurate deliverables - Collaborate closely with Issue and CAP owners, compliance leaders, legal, risk, internal audit, and business stakeholders to align remediation efforts with regulatory requirements and business strategy - Drive a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and innovation within the team while enforcing SDLC-compliant methodology using tools such as JIRA and BitBucket - Build and scale a robust multi-site team model with a comprehensive Continuity of Business plan in place - Manage timely resource hiring, onboarding, and periodic project management reviews to ensure delivery discipline Required Qualifications - Master's degree or B.Tech or B.E. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Operations Research, Econometrics, or related fields from a premier institute - 12 or more years of experience in financial services technology, data management, and delivery management - Minimum 5 years of experience leading large data teams, preferably with exposure to client remediation processes - Strong knowledge of master data elements, finance and risk data domains, and analytical problem-solving - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills across all organisational levels - Demonstrated ability to lead and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Why Join Us Citi offers a global platform where your leadership and analytical expertise will directly contribute to regulatory compliance and customer trust at scale.
