Role Overview
Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a Customer Excellence Manager with an automotive background to lead commercial excellence and customer-centric sales support across global end-to-end operations. This role functions as a strategic partner to Key Account Managers and Business Development leaders, ensuring consistent customer experiences and seamless coordination across pricing, implementation, and business units. Based in Bengaluru with a global APAC scope, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within one of the world's leading logistics organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support RFI and tender response processes in collaboration with Key Account Managers, including analysis of tender requirements and coordination with pricing teams
- Prepare tailored value propositions and facilitate internal and external post-mortem reviews for bids and tenders
- Ensure smooth commercial handover of awarded business to Business Units aligned with Implementation Methodology and RACI frameworks
- Maintain accurate customer data and ensure commercial housekeeping is consistently up to date
- Coordinate legal documentation such as NDAs and MSAs and identify business opportunities to support vertical growth
- Prepare and attend strategic business reviews, coordinating contributors and presentation materials
- Drive internal vertical initiatives and share best practices among peers and the KAM community
- Act in conjunction with the KAM team to capture Voice of Customer and ensure customer demands are addressed
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive or customer-facing commercial roles
- Proven ability to manage global client relationships and coordinate with KAMs and sales teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams including leadership exposure
- Proficiency in CRM tools, call logging systems, and tender management platforms
- Solid commercial acumen with strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of logistics operations and willingness to travel across India and APAC

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive or customer-facing roles
