Job Description

Role Overview Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an Air Logistics Sales Representative to drive business growth in Bengaluru East. In this role, you will combine exceptional customer care with proactive sales initiatives to expand our market footprint. You will act as the key link between clients and our operations teams, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and drive sales activities to meet and exceed monthly business targets. - Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads to secure profitable new business opportunities. - Perform market research on competitor pricing and align strategies with the pricing team. - Collaborate with Customer Care Locations to address client feedback and resolve issues. - Manage the onboarding process for new clients, aligning on standard operating procedures. - Maintain accurate customer records and updates in the internal CRM systems. Required Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management. - Strong understanding of the Air Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Requirements

Strong understanding of the Air Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry. Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer account management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities. Ability to manage stakeholders effectively across multiple internal departments. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM systems and business analytics software.
