Consultant - Tax Technology Consulting - NetSuite / Workday / INFOR

Role Overview Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team is looking for a skilled Consultant with hands-on experience in ERP and tax software implementations. This role sits at the intersection of tax knowledge and technology, helping organisations harness platforms like Workday, INFOR, and NetSuite to streamline their tax functions. Key Responsibilities - Participate actively in day-to-day interactions with client project teams and Deloitte project leadership to ensure smooth delivery - Design, configure, test, and train clients on Workday, INFOR, and/or NetSuite solutions including integrations, Supply Chain, and HCM modules - Identify and document business requirements, create functional designs, develop process flows, and support end-to-end tax software implementations - Work with third-party tax tools such as ONESOURCE Indirect Determination, Vertex, Avalara, SOVOS, and Taxware as part of broader ERP implementations - Collaborate across Deloitte's Tax practice to serve clients in a holistic and integrated manner - Contribute to business development activities by participating in pursuit teams and proposal efforts - Support the professional development of junior team members Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience implementing ERPs or tax software solutions - Solid understanding of direct tax areas such as corporate income tax, operational transfer pricing, and state income taxation - Familiarity with indirect tax requirements including sales and use tax, VAT, GST, property tax, and withholding tax - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline - Relevant certification in Workday, INFOR, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, ONESOURCE, Vertex, CPA, or Enrolled Agent (completed or in progress) - Willingness to travel up to 50 percent as required by the role - Prior experience with a Big 4 firm, large ERP consulting organisation, or multinational IT department is preferred - Exposure to other cloud-based SaaS financial platforms such as Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, SAP, or Lawson is an added advantage Why Join Us Deloitte offers a culture of continuous learning, inclusive collaboration, and meaningful work that creates real impact for clients and communities.
