Job Description

Role Overview The Capital Projects Management Associate Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining all controlled documentation for mining and capital projects. This role ensures that all project records, drawings, reports, and technical documentation are accurately processed, organized, and distributed according to company, client, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have solid experience using various Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, or similar platforms. Key Responsibilities - Establish, implement, and maintain document control procedures for mining and capital projects in compliance with company and industry standards - Manage the receipt, review, registration, and distribution of project documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence - Maintain version control and ensure document integrity and traceability across all systems and EDMS platforms - Coordinate document reviews and approvals with internal teams, contractors, and clients to meet project deadlines Required Qualifications - BTech or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Engineering, or related field - 10 to 14 years of experience in document control, preferably within mining, construction, or engineering industries - Hands-on experience with multiple EDMS tools such as InEight, Aconex, SharePoint, TeamBinder, or ProjectWise Why Join Us Accenture offers unmatched experience and specialized skills across more than 40 industries with a global network of 784,000 professionals delivering innovation and technology solutions. Requirements

- 10 to 14 years experience in document control - BTech or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Information Management - Proficiency with EDMS platforms like InEight, Aconex, SharePoint - Strong understanding of document numbering, revision control, and metadata structures - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams - Knowledge of ISO 9001 and records management best practices - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to handle high volumes of documentation and meet tight deadlines
