Business Analyst Finance Systems

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Finance systems including ERP platforms, integrations, and AI-driven initiatives. This role bridges business and IT teams, driving comprehensive requirements gathering, solution design, and successful delivery across Finance applications and systems. Key Responsibilities - Gather, document, and validate Finance requirements through Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specification Documents - Perform detailed AS-IS and TO-BE analysis to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities - Translate complex business needs into clear IT solutions and support development teams throughout implementation - Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle across ERP and integration projects - Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing phases including validation and issue resolution - Handle ERP and middleware integration requirements and coordinate with technical teams - Collaborate effectively with Finance business units, IT teams, and vendor partners to ensure timely and quality delivery Required Qualifications - 5 to 10 years of proven Business Analyst experience specifically in Finance systems - Strong Finance domain knowledge including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Intercompany processes - Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Infor LN, Baan, SAP, or Oracle - Demonstrated expertise in creating comprehensive documentation including BRD and FSD - Solid understanding of integrations, data analysis, and testing methodologies Why Join Us Join EY, a global leader in management consulting, where you will work on transformational Finance technology projects.
