Cyber Security IAM CyberArk PAM Senior Consultant

Role Overview EY Global Delivery Services is seeking an experienced Cyber Security professional to join its Identity and Access Management team in Chennai. In this senior role, you will contribute to the implementation and management of Privileged Access Management solutions for clients across the globe, working within a world-class consulting environment that spans over 150 countries. Key Responsibilities - Lead and contribute to Identity and Access Management engagements, supporting the full IAM roadmap from design through implementation - Install, configure, and manage PAM solutions including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, and Conjur/HashiCorp Vault - Integrate secrets management solutions with enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps pipelines such as Jenkins and Ansible - Manage and administer Windows and Linux environments along with database platforms such as PostgreSQL - Define architecture, requirements, and workflows for Conjur/HashiCorp Vault deployments - Conduct client workshops to analyse DevOps procedures, identify security requirements, and determine appropriate secrets management use cases - Provide PAM best practice recommendations and deliver quality reports and documentation to clients - Mentor and coach junior team members, contribute to performance reviews, and support talent acquisition and retention initiatives - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes - Collaborate with senior leadership to flag engagement risks and deliver timely project updates Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with strong technical foundations - 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience implementing PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Thycotic, or HashiCorp Vault - Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, Ruby, C#, YAML, and JSON - Working knowledge of REST APIs and cloud-native authentication protocols such as OAuth and OpenID Connect - Experience integrating PAM and secrets management tools with third-party systems including LDAP and SIEM platforms - Strong verbal and written English communication skills with solid interpersonal and presentation abilities - CyberArk CDE certification or equivalent product-level certification is required - Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or certifications in BeyondTrust or HashiCorp Vault are highly desirable Why Join Us EY offers a globally connected, inclusive work environment where your career can grow in the direction you choose, supported by world-class learning opportunities, mentorship, and a culture that values diversity and continuous development.
