Associate III VLSI Layout GPIO

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced VLSI Layout GPIO Associate to join our Physical Design team. This role focuses on designing and optimizing GPIO and IO block layouts for advanced semiconductor processes. You will work on cutting-edge technology nodes and contribute to the development of high-performance integrated circuits. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement GPIO and IO block layouts using advanced VLSI tools and methodologies - Conduct physical design optimization for IO analog blocks and DDR interfaces - Work with TSMC 2nm, 3nm, 5nm and Samsung Foundry 2nm, 4nm technology nodes - Perform layout verification, DRC, LVS checks and ensure design compliance with process design rules - Collaborate with design and verification teams to meet performance and area targets Required Qualifications - 4-8 years of professional experience in VLSI physical design and layout - Strong expertise in GPIO, IO blocks, analog blocks and DDR design - Hands-on experience with advanced process nodes like TSMC 2nm, 3nm, 5nm or Samsung Foundry 2nm, 4nm - Proficiency with industry-standard VLSI design tools - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field Why Join Us Join UST, a leading IT services and consulting company, and contribute to next-generation semiconductor design.
