Delivery Manager - Transformation and Fixed Bid Program Leadership

Role Overview UST is looking for an experienced Transformation Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation programs and serve as the single point of accountability for delivery excellence, commercial performance, and customer success. This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong background in fixed bid program management, P&L ownership, and enterprise digital transformation across complex multi-million-dollar engagements. The ideal candidate brings domain expertise in Telecom Operations or AIOps, Healthcare and HealthTech, or Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI). Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery accountability for transformation programs, platform modernization, and large-scale fixed bid engagements - Lead strategic transformation roadmaps covering digital modernization, cloud adoption, AI-enabled operations, automation, and platform engineering - Manage delivery of complex fixed bid programs with full accountability for scope, schedule, quality, cost, and contractual commitments - Establish robust delivery governance frameworks to keep projects within approved budgets and timelines - Own P&L responsibility for assigned programs and portfolios, ensuring revenue, margin, and profitability targets are achieved - Monitor project financial health through forecasting, earned value analysis, and variance management - Serve as the trusted delivery advisor and strategic partner to customer leadership teams - Lead executive governance meetings, steering committees, and transformation status reviews - Drive rigorous program management through dashboards, KPI tracking, RAID management, and milestone reviews - Manage multi-workstream programs involving cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and globally distributed delivery organizations - Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule, quality, and financial targets - Mentor delivery managers and project leaders to build a high-performance delivery culture Required Qualifications - 12 or more years of overall IT industry experience with at least 7 years in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Portfolio Management - Proven track record delivering large-scale fixed bid programs and enterprise transformation initiatives exceeding 5M to 10M in value - Strong experience with Agile, Hybrid, and traditional program delivery methodologies - Demonstrated success managing customer relationships at executive and senior leadership levels - Experience with contractual commitments, commercial governance, and delivery profitability management - Domain expertise in Telecom Operations or AIOps, Healthcare, or BFSI is strongly preferred - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant, Agile, or Scrum certifications are preferred Why Join Us UST is a global digital transformation solutions company trusted by some of the world's leading enterprises, offering you the opportunity to drive high-impact programs at scale while growing your career in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.
