Role Overview
UST is looking for a detail-oriented Associate II - BPM to join its Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) operations. In this role, you will support global Business Unit PMS teams by maintaining, updating, and managing approved PMS documentation as part of ongoing product lifecycle surveillance activities. You will work within a centralized CoE model that follows standardized processes and best practices to ensure documentation consistency, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Update approved PMS reports including PMSR, PSUR, PMPF, and Literature Reviews using data provided by Business Unit PMS teams
- Ensure all PMS documentation is reviewed and updated at least annually in line with applicable regulatory requirements such as IVDR EU 2017/746
- Maintain version control and document traceability across all PMS report lifecycles
- Compile and integrate Business Unit data into standardized templates with a focus on clarity and accuracy
- Identify inconsistencies or potential safety signals and escalate findings to the relevant Business Unit teams
- Collaborate with Business Unit PMS teams to gather required inputs and incorporate review feedback
- Deliver completed draft reports to Business Unit teams for final review and approval
- Support continuous process improvements within the centralized PMS framework
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in medical devices, IVD, or a regulatory and quality environment
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to interpret and analyse complex data
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining audit-ready documentation
- Familiarity with IVDR and MDR regulations is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
