Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end supply chain operations with a primary focus on booking services, reporting, and customer communication. - Handle the entire booking lifecycle including creation, validation, amendments, and exception management. - Act as the primary contact for customers, handling queries, resolving escalations, and maintaining professional relations. - Track and report on key performance indicators like quality, productivity, and timeliness to drive process improvements. - Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams to support daily operations, transitions, and change management. - Maintain and update standard operating procedures and support compliance, internal audits, and team knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications - Graduate of any bachelor degree program from a recognized institution. - Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and data reporting. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools. - Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
