Job Description

Role Overview INNOPPL IT SERVICES is looking for a driven and client-focused Account Manager to join their Chennai team. This hybrid role combines account management and pre-sales responsibilities, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both nurturing client relationships and winning new business. You will play a critical part in driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and translating client needs into compelling solutions. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact - Understand client business goals and proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Conduct regular account reviews and health checks to ensure long-term customer retention - Drive account renewals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery - Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare detailed account performance reports - Lead discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions with prospective and existing clients - Prepare tailored proposals, solution documents, and client presentations - Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents in collaboration with technical teams - Support the sales team during negotiations and deal closure stages - Deliver product demonstrations and represent the company in client-facing engagements Required Qualifications - Proven experience in account management and pre-sales within an IT services environment - Strong proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho - Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Solid understanding of IT products, services, and solution selling methodologies - Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs including customer retention, CSAT, and deal closure rates - Strong negotiation skills with experience handling RFPs and enterprise-level clients Why Join Us INNOPPL IT SERVICES offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions directly impact business growth and client success.
