Job Description

Role Overview HCLTech is looking for experienced US Healthcare AR Callers to join its Revenue Cycle Management team in Chennai. This is a voice process role supporting US-based healthcare clients, requiring candidates with hands-on experience in medical billing, denial management, and AR follow-up. Immediate joiners with relevant experience in US healthcare operations are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze denied insurance claims to identify root causes and recurring denial trends - Develop and execute strategies to reduce claim denials and improve overall reimbursement rates - Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve denied claims efficiently - Prepare and submit well-documented appeals for denied claims within payer timelines - Monitor and track appeal statuses, following up proactively to ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all denial management activities and outcomes - Generate regular reports on denial trends, appeal success rates, and other key performance metrics for management review - Stay current with US healthcare regulations, payer policies, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications - 1 to 4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling or Revenue Cycle Management - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent and familiarity with US culture - Proven ability to handle denial management, medical billing, and insurance follow-up - Good data entry and typing skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach to resolving queries at the first point of contact - Candidates must have complete relieving letters from all previous employers Why Join Us HCLTech is a globally recognized technology and services company offering excellent career growth opportunities in the healthcare domain. Requirements

- 1 to 4 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling - Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and Denial Handling - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Neutral accent with good knowledge of US culture - Proficiency in medical billing and insurance follow-up - Good data entry and typing skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Active listening and first-call resolution skills - Team player with a professional and empathetic attitude - Complete relieving letters from all previous employers
