AR Caller Voice Process US Healthcare

Role Overview HCLTech is hiring experienced AR Callers for its US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team based in Chennai. This is a voice process role focused on denial management, AR calling, and medical billing operations, ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in US healthcare RCM who are ready to join immediately. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze denied insurance claims to identify root causes and recurring trends - Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce claim denials and improve reimbursement rates - Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve denied claims efficiently - Prepare and submit well-documented appeals for denied claims with all required supporting documentation - Monitor the status of submitted appeals and conduct timely follow-ups until resolution - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all denial management activities and outcomes - Generate regular reports covering denial trends, appeal success rates, and other key performance metrics for management review - Stay current on US healthcare regulations, payer policies, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications - 1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling or Revenue Cycle Management in US healthcare - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Hands-on experience with denial handling, medical billing, and insurance follow-up processes - Familiarity with payer guidelines and US healthcare compliance standards - Ability to join immediately - Mandatory documents required: updated resume, EPFO service history, complete offer letters and relieving letters from all previous employers Why Join Us HCLTech is a globally recognized technology and services leader offering a structured work environment, career growth opportunities, and a strong foundation in healthcare operations.
