AR Caller - Voice Process US Healthcare

Role Overview HCLTech is hiring experienced AR Callers for its US Healthcare Voice Process team based at its Ambattur facility in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in Revenue Cycle Management and medical billing to join one of India's leading technology and BPO organizations. The role involves working the US shift and requires candidates who can join immediately. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze denied insurance claims to identify root causes and recurring denial trends - Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce claim denials and improve overall reimbursement rates - Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve denied claims efficiently - Prepare, document, and submit well-supported appeals for denied claims within stipulated timelines - Monitor the status of submitted appeals and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure resolution - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all denial management activities and their outcomes - Generate and present regular reports on denial trends, appeal success rates, and key performance metrics to management - Stay current with industry regulations and payer-specific policies to ensure ongoing compliance Required Qualifications - 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in AR Calling within the US Healthcare domain - Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management, Denial Handling, and Medical Billing processes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong working knowledge of US healthcare payer policies and insurance claim procedures - Ability to work in US shift timings (night shift) - Must be an immediate joiner - Mandatory documents required: updated resume, EPFO service history, complete offer letters and relieving letters from all previous employers Why Join Us HCLTech offers a structured and growth-oriented work environment within a globally recognized organization.
