Job Description

Role Overview HCLTech is hiring experienced AR Callers for its US Healthcare Voice Process at its Navalur, Chennai facility. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing to join one of India's leading technology and BPO organizations. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time night shift role. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze denied insurance claims to identify root causes and recurring trends - Develop and implement strategies to reduce claim denials and improve overall reimbursement rates - Collaborate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve denied claims efficiently - Prepare and submit well-documented appeals for denied claims, ensuring all supporting documentation is included - Monitor and track the status of submitted appeals, following up proactively as required - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all denial management activities and outcomes - Generate regular reports covering denial trends, appeal success rates, and other performance metrics for management review - Stay current with US healthcare industry regulations and payer policies to ensure ongoing compliance Required Qualifications - 1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling within the US Healthcare domain - Strong working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing processes - Hands-on experience in denial handling and claims follow-up - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours - Must be an immediate joiner with all mandatory documents ready - Updated resume, EPFO service history, and complete set of offer letters and relieving letters from all previous employers are mandatory for the interview Why Join Us HCLTech offers a dynamic work environment with global exposure in the US Healthcare domain, making it an ideal platform for RCM professionals looking to grow their careers. Requirements

- 1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling in US Healthcare - Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing - Experience in denial handling and claims resolution - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of US payer policies and healthcare regulations - Immediate joiner preferred - Must carry updated resume, EPFO service history, and all offer and relieving letters
