Senior Provider Management Specialist

Role Overview Amplify Health is Asia's leading health technology and analytics organisation offering integrated SaaS, PaaS, and DaaS solutions across the healthcare value chain. As a Senior Provider Management Specialist, you will serve as a specialist advisor to private health insurers, helping them strengthen claims risk management through provider contracting strategy, panel optimisation, patient pathway design, and insurance product alignment. This is a client-embedded advisory role where you will work directly with insurer teams to build better provider networks and apply best-practice provider management strategies. Key Responsibilities - Partner with client teams to support provider management targets, contracting cycles, and provider engagement plans - Develop high-quality materials for executive updates, client prep sessions, and provider negotiations with clear insight-driven storytelling - Serve as an embedded strategic advisor supporting the client's operational and commercial objectives - Translate client needs, pain points, and market insights into structured product requirements for internal analytics tools - Provide actionable feedback to evolve Amplify Health's provider analytics dashboards and negotiation support solutions - Identify knowledge gaps and design tailored workshops, demos, and training modules to upskill client teams - Conduct coaching and role-play sessions to sharpen provider negotiation capabilities and commercial acumen across client organisations Required Qualifications - Over 6 years of experience in health insurance, health-related industries, or management consulting - Demonstrated success in managing cost efficiencies at provider, insurer, or population health level - Proven track record in client advisory work within healthcare environments - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree such as MBA or equivalent strongly preferred - Strong data literacy with the ability to translate analytics into compelling decision-making narratives - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, start-up style environment with cross-functional collaboration Why Join Us Amplify Health is on a mission to transform healthcare delivery across Asia by combining AI, data, and technology to improve health outcomes at scale. - 6 or more years of experience in health insurance, healthcare, or management consulting - Experience in provider contracting, panel management, or claims risk management - Proven client advisory and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities - Ability to design and deliver capability-building workshops and training - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred - Excellent communication and executive presentation skills - Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up or scale-up environment
