Senior Provider Management Specialist

Role Overview Amplify Health, Asia's foremost health technology and analytics organisation, is looking for a Senior Provider Management Specialist based in Chennai. This contract role functions as a specialist advisory position supporting private health insurers in strengthening their claims risk management through provider contracting, panel optimisation, patient pathway design, and insurance product alignment. You will be embedded within client teams to build stronger provider networks and drive best-practice provider management strategies across the healthcare and HealthTech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Partner with client teams to support provider management targets, contracting cycles, and strategic provider engagement plans - Develop high-quality materials for client preparation sessions, executive updates, and provider negotiations with clear, insight-driven storytelling - Serve as an on-site embedded advisor supporting clients' operational and strategic objectives - Translate client needs and market insights into structured product requirements for Amplify Health's internal provider analytics tools and dashboards - Identify knowledge gaps within client teams and design tailored workshops, demos, and training modules to build negotiation and commercial capabilities - Run coaching and role-play sessions to elevate client teams' provider negotiation skills and commercial acumen Required Qualifications - Over 6 years of experience in health insurance, health-related industries, or management consulting - Demonstrated success in managing cost efficiencies at provider, insurer, or population health level - Proven experience in client advisory roles with a focus on healthcare - Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred - Strong ability to work with data, derive insights, and translate analytics into compelling business narratives - Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, start-up-style environment while managing both internal and client-facing responsibilities Why Join Us Amplify Health is on a mission to transform healthcare delivery across Asia by combining cutting-edge AI, proprietary health data, and a unique integrated technology stack backed by AIA and Discovery. - 6 or more years of experience in health insurance, healthcare, or management consulting - Proven track record in client advisory and healthcare provider management - Experience in cost efficiency management across healthcare settings - Strong data analysis and insight communication skills - Ability to design and deliver training workshops and capability-building programmes - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA or advanced degree preferred - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
