AR Caller Voice Process US Healthcare

Role Overview HCLTech is hiring experienced AR Callers for its US Healthcare Voice Process team based in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing to join one of India's leading technology and business process outsourcing companies. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze denied insurance claims to identify root causes and recurring trends - Develop and execute strategies to minimize claim denials and maximize reimbursement rates - Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve denied claims efficiently - Prepare and submit well-documented appeals for denied claims within stipulated timelines - Monitor the progress of submitted appeals and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure resolution - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all denial management activities and their outcomes - Generate regular reports on denial trends, appeal success rates, and other key performance metrics for management review - Stay current with industry regulations and payer-specific policies to ensure ongoing compliance Required Qualifications - 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in AR Calling within the US Healthcare domain - Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Billing, and Denial Handling - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Familiarity with payer guidelines and insurance claim processes - Willingness to work in a US shift (night shift) - Must be an immediate joiner - Mandatory documents required: updated resume, EPFO service history, complete offer letters and relieving letters from all previous employers Why Join Us HCLTech offers a dynamic and structured work environment where healthcare process professionals can grow their careers in the RCM domain with exposure to leading US payers and global best practices.
