Job Description

Role Overview HCLTech is seeking experienced AR Callers for its US Healthcare Voice Process at the Chennai office. This role is part of the Revenue Cycle Management team and involves handling denied claims, working with insurance payers, and ensuring accurate reimbursement for healthcare providers. Candidates with a background in medical billing and AR calling are encouraged to walk in for a direct interview on 6th June 2026. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze denied insurance claims to identify root causes and recurring trends - Develop and execute strategies to reduce claim denials and improve overall reimbursement rates - Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve denied claims efficiently - Prepare, document, and submit appeal letters for denied claims with all required supporting documentation - Monitor the status of submitted appeals and follow up proactively until resolution - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all denial management activities and their outcomes - Generate periodic reports covering denial trends, appeal success rates, and other relevant performance metrics - Stay current with US healthcare regulations and payer-specific policies to ensure ongoing compliance Required Qualifications - 1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling within the US Healthcare domain - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent and familiarity with US culture - Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Billing, and Denial Handling - Ability to resolve queries at the first point of contact with a professional and empathetic approach - Good data entry and typing skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Must be a team player with a mindset for continuous process improvement - Immediate joiners preferred with complete relieving letters from all previous employers Why Join Us HCLTech is a globally recognised technology and services company offering a structured work environment with clear career growth in the US Healthcare domain.
