Job Description

Role Overview HCLTech is looking for experienced AR Callers with a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management to join their team in Chennai. This is a voice-based process role focused on denial management, AR calling, and medical billing under the US night shift. The ideal candidate will bring a professional communication style, a neutral accent, and a thorough understanding of US payer policies and healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze denied insurance claims to identify root causes and recurring trends - Develop and execute strategies to reduce claim denials and maximize reimbursement recovery - Collaborate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve denied claims efficiently - Prepare and submit well-documented appeal letters for denied claims within stipulated timelines - Monitor appeal statuses, follow up proactively, and maintain accurate records of all denial management activities - Generate and present regular reports on denial trends, appeal success rates, and key performance indicators to management - Stay current on US healthcare regulations and payer-specific policies to ensure ongoing compliance Required Qualifications - 1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling or Revenue Cycle Management within the US Healthcare domain - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent - Strong understanding of denial handling, medical billing, and RCM processes - Proficiency in data entry with good typing speed and accuracy - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - Must be a team player with a customer-first approach and active listening skills - Immediate joiners preferred with complete relieving letters from all previous employers Why Join Us HCLTech is a globally recognized technology and services company offering excellent career growth opportunities in the US Healthcare domain. Requirements
