Role Overview
Remidio is looking for a driven and self-reliant Territory Sales Manager to own and grow sales across an assigned geographic region. This is a field-intensive position where you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new leads to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. You will work closely with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating leads, engaging prospects, and following up consistently across the territory
- Own the complete front-end sales process including cold calling, scheduling product demonstrations, delivering presentations, and negotiating deal closures
- Communicate product value and commercial terms clearly to ophthalmologists, optometrists, hospitals, and allied healthcare professionals
- Coordinate with service and application teams to ensure smooth product installation and customer onboarding after each sale
- Take accountability for payment collections by setting clear payment terms upfront and following up on outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system and submit weekly territory reports
- Plan and execute structured weekly field visits covering both high-potential new accounts and existing follow-up accounts
- Build lasting relationships with current customers to encourage repeat purchases and generate referrals
- Attend sales review meetings, product training sessions, and relevant industry events as required
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical device or healthcare product sales, preferably in ophthalmology or optometry
- Strong working knowledge of ophthalmic products and the ability to explain clinical applications confidently to doctors and clinical staff
- Hands-on experience conducting product demonstrations in a clinical or hospital setting
- Excellent planning, time management, and prioritisation skills suited to field sales roles
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting discipline
- Polite, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach in all customer and internal communications

Requirements
- Experience in field sales within the medical device or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of ophthalmology and optometry products and their clinical use
- Ability to deliver confident hands-on product demonstrations to clinical audiences
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication with doctors and hospital staff
- CRM proficiency and disciplined weekly reporting habits
- Self-motivated with strong personal accountability for targets
- Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory
- Good planning, prioritisation, and time management abilities
