Role Overview
Remidio is looking for a driven and self-motivated Territory Sales Manager to take full ownership of sales operations within an assigned territory. This is a field-intensive, full-time role that requires frequent travel and active engagement with healthcare professionals including doctors and hospitals. You will manage the complete sales cycle end-to-end, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale follow-up, while being fully accountable for territory performance and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent lead generation, customer outreach, and structured follow-ups across the assigned territory
- Own the front-end sales process including prospecting, cold calling, scheduling product demos, delivering presentations, and closing deals
- Communicate product value and commercial terms clearly to doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare decision-makers
- Coordinate with service and application teams to ensure smooth product installation and customer training
- Take ownership of payment collections by aligning on payment terms upfront and following up on outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Submit weekly field reports to the reporting manager covering territory coverage and pipeline updates
- Plan and execute weekly travel itineraries to cover high-potential and follow-up accounts across the territory
- Represent the company at sales reviews, product training sessions, and key industry events
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of optometry and ophthalmology products and their clinical applications
- Demonstrated experience in conducting hands-on product demonstrations for medical professionals
- Proven ability to explain complex clinical benefits confidently to doctors and healthcare staff
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills suited to a field sales environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polite, respectful, and collaborative approach
- High degree of personal accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset when handling customer or internal challenges

Requirements
- Experience in medical device or healthcare sales, preferably in ophthalmology or optometry
