Role Overview
As a Telesales Associate at Info Edge, you will be responsible for selling customized job search acceleration services to job seekers through outbound calling campaigns. This is a voice-based sales role where you will engage with pre-generated leads, explain product benefits, and work towards achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer objections with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Make approximately 80-100 outbound calls daily to pre-generated leads and new prospects
- Explain benefits of Naukri FastForward services and other products to potential customers
- Conduct follow-up calls with existing customers to initiate repeat sales and upsell opportunities
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to make personalized recommendations based on individual customer requirements
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets related to call volume and revenue generation
- Acquire new customers and drive revenue growth from the existing customer base
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to defined processes and metrics throughout all interactions
Required Qualifications
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and articulation skills with clear voice quality
- Strong active listening ability to understand customer needs
- Proven convincing skills with ability to handle objections effectively
- Client handling experience with capability to manage difficult conversations
- Ability to handle stress, rejection, and pressure in a sales environment
- Flexibility to work on rotational shift schedules with rotation-based offs
