Job Description

Role Overview The Client Delivery Executive is responsible for conducting outbound calls to connect with clients and understand their professional backgrounds. This role involves gathering detailed career information, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with the Resume Development team to deliver enhanced CV and profile services. You will be the voice of the organization, ensuring every client interaction is professional, accurate, and aligned with company standards. Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls with clients to collect comprehensive career information and professional backgrounds - Understand client experience, achievements, career goals, and roles through structured discussions - Capture accurate and complete information required for profile and CV development - Coordinate with the Resume Development team to ensure quality output and timely delivery - Follow up with clients for additional inputs, clarifications, or approvals as needed - Ensure timely completion of assigned cases within defined turnaround times - Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems regularly with accurate information - Deliver a high level of customer experience and professionalism during all client interactions Required Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline - 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment - Experience in profile building, CV services, or consulting roles is an advantage Why Join Us Info Edge offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative technology-driven business solutions that are shaping the recruitment industry.
