Client Delivery Executive

Role Overview The Client Delivery Executive is responsible for conducting outbound calls to connect with clients and understand their professional backgrounds. This role involves gathering detailed career information, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with the Resume Development team to deliver enhanced CV and profile services. You will be the voice of the organization, ensuring every client interaction is professional, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
