Job Description

Role Overview As an Associate Senior Executive in Inside Sales at 99acres.com, you will be responsible for selling customized subscription packages to pre-registered property owners on our platform. This is a high-impact telesales role where you will engage with qualified leads, understand their requirements, and convert them into paying customers. You will be part of a dynamic sales team driving revenue growth for one of India's leading real estate platforms. Key Responsibilities - Contact pre-generated leads via outbound calls and present 99acres paid subscription plans - Understand customer pain points and requirements regarding property listing solutions - Handle customer queries about subscription features, pricing, and benefits - Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets consistently - Negotiate and influence customers to upgrade to premium plans - Maintain daily call activity of up to 150 calls with 3 hours of talk time Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification from any discipline - 8 months to 3 years of proven sales or telesales experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Active listening and persuasive selling abilities Why Join Us Info Edge is the parent company of leading brands including naukri.com, 99acres.com, and shiksha.com, serving millions of users across India. Requirements

- 8 months to 3 years of sales or telesales experience - Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong active listening and convincing abilities - Experience with outbound calling and lead conversion - Ability to handle multiple calls daily - Sales target achievement mindset - Fast learner with passion for sales - B2C sales or subscription sales experience preferred
