Telecalling Operations Executive

Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telecalling Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at Info Edge. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating operational tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. You will be responsible for supporting customer queries and maintaining seamless communication while working with our CRM systems.
