Role Overview Scoutit is actively seeking skilled Technical Support Engineers to join their growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues, delivering timely and effective resolutions across multiple communication channels. You will play a key part in maintaining high customer satisfaction by combining your technical expertise with strong communication skills.
