Role Overview
Scoutit is seeking skilled Technical Support Engineers to join their growing team in New Delhi. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers facing technical challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolutions across software and hardware environments. You will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and contributing to continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software applications and hardware systems
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for complex technical problems
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with evolving technologies
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to recommend improvements to support processes
