MIS Analyst

Role Overview Scoutit is seeking skilled MIS Analysts to join a dynamic operations team in India. This role is central to driving data-driven decision making by developing robust reporting frameworks and analytical processes on top of an SAP-based technology stack. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities and the ability to collaborate across departments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement reporting and analytical techniques using SAP tools including BI, BW, BOBJ, SQL, Oracle, and MS Access - Generate accurate and timely reports covering key performance indicators, service levels, and operations metrics - Identify problem areas using advanced business tools and industry knowledge, and document detailed business requirements - Recommend operational and technological improvements to enhance team efficiency - Collaborate with the Information Technology group to resolve system issues and streamline operations - Establish and maintain standardised work procedures to ensure consistency across functions - Communicate and implement strategic direction aligned with broader business objectives and customer experience goals - Conduct benchmarking activities and work towards optimal customer satisfaction outcomes - Lead the development of improved service level metrics for Customer Operations functions - Build reporting and data analytics solutions to support oversight of in-house and outsourced Customer Operations - Produce compliance reports in line with internal policies and external regulatory requirements - Coordinate and manage multiple projects assigned by senior management with a focus on Customer Operations - Maintain effective relationships with all stakeholder groups through collaborative engagement Required Qualifications - Proven experience in MIS reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence roles - Hands-on proficiency with SAP modules such as BI, BW, and BOBJ - Strong working knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and MS Access - Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working in regulated or competitive market environments is an advantage - Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Why Join Us This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and operations within a results-oriented environment.
