Role Overview
Scoutit is actively seeking skilled Technical Support Engineers to join their growing team in Chennai. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolutions across software and hardware environments. You will play a key part in maintaining high customer satisfaction by delivering expert support and contributing to continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications and hardware systems
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to diagnose and implement solutions for complex technical problems
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for internal and customer use
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with evolving technologies and best practices
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving support quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of technical support principles, methodologies, and industry best practices
