Role Overview
Scoutit is seeking skilled Technical Support Engineers to join their growing team in Delhi. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues, helping them resolve problems efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to software applications and hardware systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for complex or escalated technical problems
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for internal and customer use
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with evolving technologies and support methodologies
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to support services
