Job Description

Role Overview Imarque Solutions is urgently hiring a Team Leader for its Outbound Sales process in Kolkata. This is a full-time, permanent role suited for experienced BPO professionals who have a strong background in team management and outbound calling operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the outbound process. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of outbound call centre agents to meet daily and monthly sales targets - Monitor and manage dialer operations, APR reports, and other process-related tools - Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS reports and share performance insights with management - Handle roster scheduling and ensure adequate shift coverage at all times - Manage team attrition by fostering a motivated and productive work environment - Track individual agent performance and conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions Required Qualifications - Minimum graduation or diploma in any discipline - Proficiency in Odia, Hindi, and English languages - Prior experience with dialers, APR reports, and MIS reporting tools - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for generating and analysing team reports Why Join Us Imarque Solutions is a growing BPO organisation based in the heart of Kolkata's IT hub, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities to lead high-performing teams. Requirements
