Job Description

Role Overview Imarque Solutions is looking for an experienced Team Leader for its Outbound Sales process in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring targets are consistently met in a fast-paced call centre environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents to achieve daily and monthly targets - Monitor and analyse dialer performance, APR reports, and other key metrics - Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS reports for management review - Handle roster scheduling and ensure adequate floor coverage at all times - Manage team attrition through proactive engagement and retention strategies - Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions Required Qualifications - Minimum graduation or diploma in any discipline - Prior team handling experience in a call centre or BPO environment - Proficiency in dialers, APR reports, Excel, and MIS reporting - Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English is required Why Join Us Imarque Solutions offers a dynamic work environment with strong growth opportunities in the BPO sector. Requirements
