Job Description
Role Overview
Imarque Solutions is urgently looking for an experienced Team Leader for its Outbound Sales process in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring sales targets are met consistently. This is a full-time permanent position based out of the Salt Lake, Kolkata office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents in a call centre environment
- Monitor and manage dialer operations and analyse APR reports to track team performance
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS reports for daily, weekly, and monthly reviews
- Handle roster management to ensure adequate staffing and shift coverage at all times
- Implement strategies to manage and reduce team attrition effectively
- Conduct regular team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to motivate agents
Required Qualifications
- Minimum graduation or diploma from a recognised institution
- Proficiency in Odia, Hindi, and English languages
- Strong working knowledge of dialers, APR reports, and MIS Excel reporting
- Prior team handling experience in a call centre or BPO setting

Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a call centre or BPO environment
- Prior team handling or team leader experience is mandatory
- Good knowledge of dialers and APR reports
- Proficient in Excel-based MIS and reporting
- Skilled in roster management and attrition management
- Languages required: Odia, Hindi, and English
- Minimum qualification: Graduation or Diploma
