Role Overview
Imarque Solutions is looking for an experienced Team Leader for its Outbound Sales process in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing call centre teams and driving sales performance through effective leadership and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an outbound sales team within a BPO environment to meet targets and quality benchmarks
- Handle dialer systems, APR reports, and MIS Excel reports on a daily basis
- Manage team rosters and implement attrition control strategies to maintain workforce stability
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing timely coaching and feedback
- Coordinate with operations management to ensure smooth process delivery
Required Qualifications
- Minimum graduation or diploma from a recognised institution
- Proficiency in Odia, Hindi, and English languages
- Sound knowledge of call centre dialers, Excel reporting, and MIS tools
- Prior experience in team handling within a call centre or BPO setup
