Team Lead - Inbound Operations

Role Overview Amazon is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead for its Inbound Operations division at the Gurugram fulfillment center. The Inbound team manages end-to-end receiving operations, from unloading shipments at the dock to systematic stowing in shelving areas using the recommended GL process paths. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and guide a team of Process Assistants to ensure smooth and efficient inbound operations - Oversee the complete inbound workflow including dock unloading, sorting, and stowing of shipment units - Monitor daily targets, track productivity metrics, and take corrective actions to meet operational goals - Ensure adherence to safety standards, Amazon policies, and warehouse best practices - Coordinate with Area Managers to streamline processes and address operational bottlenecks - Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools and Excel-based reporting systems Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environment - Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution - Strong proficiency in spoken, written, and read English - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven fulfillment environment Why Join Us At Amazon, you will be part of a global team that is redefining the future of e-commerce and logistics, with continuous opportunities to grow, innovate, and make a meaningful impact every single day.

- 1+ years in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or customer-facing roles - Bachelor's degree required - Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel - Strong team supervision and coordination skills - Familiarity with inbound warehouse processes is an advantage
