Manager/ Assistant Manager (Quality)

Role Overview Bharti Airtel Foundation is seeking a process-oriented Manager or Assistant Manager (Quality) to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will drive organizational performance improvement through process excellence, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities - Assess business processes to identify operational improvement opportunities and user experience gaps - Lead cross-functional improvement projects from opportunity identification through to implementation - Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate development of corrective and preventive actions - Identify and execute process digitization, system automation, and efficiency opportunities - Analyze performance data, design interactive dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders - Develop and standardize SOPs, process documentation, and continuous improvement best practices - Promote a continuous improvement mindset through training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement Required Qualifications - Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline - At least 8 to 12 years of experience in process excellence or operational excellence roles - Solid project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives - Deep knowledge of Lean, Operational Excellence, and structured problem-solving methodologies - High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and exposure to BI tools like Power BI or Tableau Why Join Us At Bharti Airtel Foundation, you will work on meaningful philanthropic programs in close partnership with government and local communities.
