Role Overview Narayana Health is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sr. Executive in Clinician Success Management to join its HR and talent acquisition team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and retaining medical professionals, particularly doctors, by combining market research with strong coordination and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and contribute to building a robust clinician pipeline. Key Responsibilities - Conduct online market research to identify and map potential doctors and clinicians for onboarding - Perform clinic visits and field travel to build lasting relationships with medical professionals and carry out operational audits - Manage end-to-end doctor onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and training coordination - Maintain accurate binders, MIS reports, and records to track onboarding progress and generate actionable insights - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Patient Services, Operations, Medical Services, IT, and Marketing to strengthen onboarding and retention strategies Required Qualifications - Any graduate or postgraduate degree - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or clinician management - Strong research, market mapping, and analytical capabilities - Proficiency in MIS tools and documentation practices - Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills - Understanding of healthcare operations is preferred - Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic work environments Why Join Us Narayana Health is one of India's most respected healthcare networks, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clinician experience and patient care quality. Requirements
