Social Media and Branding Executive

Role Overview Lystloc is hiring a creative and proactive Social Media and Branding Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of its SaaS and AI products across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role ideal for someone who understands content deeply, thinks brand-first, and is excited about leveraging AI tools to drive marketing outcomes. You will be responsible for building brand visibility from the ground up in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. Key Responsibilities - Plan and manage monthly social media calendars and branding schedules - Write independent content for posts, campaigns, and branding initiatives - Coordinate with the design team to produce creatives, videos, and campaign assets - Schedule and publish content across all relevant social media platforms - Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity - Track and report on social media growth, engagement, and performance metrics - Generate organic leads through strategic content and community engagement - Manage influencer outreach and collaboration initiatives - Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging content opportunities - Experiment with AI-driven content creation and prompt-based workflows Required Qualifications - Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in social media, branding, or marketing - Strong written communication and content writing skills - Good understanding of audience engagement, content strategy, and brand building - Keen interest in AI tools and prompt writing for content creation - Creative mindset with the ability to think independently and execute consistently - Comfortable working in a startup environment with fast-moving priorities - Must own a personal laptop or computer system Why Join Us This role offers a unique opportunity to work on real SaaS and AI products and build brands from scratch with the freedom to experiment.
