Social Media and Branding Executive

Role Overview Lystloc is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media and Branding Executive to manage and grow the online presence of our SaaS and AI products across multiple platforms. This is an onsite role based in Chennai where you will take full ownership of brand visibility, content strategy, and digital engagement. The ideal candidate is someone who understands why content works, how audiences behave, and how branding shapes business growth, with a strong comfort level using AI tools to accelerate and improve content workflows. Key Responsibilities - Plan and manage monthly social media calendars and branding schedules - Write original content independently for posts, campaigns, and branding activities - Coordinate with the design team to produce creatives, videos, and campaign assets - Schedule and publish content consistently across all relevant social media platforms - Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and messaging across all channels - Track and analyse social media growth, engagement rates, and performance metrics - Drive organic lead generation through content and audience engagement strategies - Manage influencer marketing outreach and collaboration initiatives - Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging content opportunities - Take ownership of brand awareness campaigns end to end Required Qualifications - Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in social media, branding, or digital marketing - Strong written communication and independent content writing skills - Good understanding of content creation, audience psychology, and platform behaviour - Genuine interest in AI tools and the ability to write effective prompts - Creative thinking with a proactive, self-driven mindset - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment - Must own a personal laptop or computer system Why Join Us At Lystloc, you will get hands-on experience building brands for real SaaS and AI products with the freedom to experiment and innovate.
