SEO Team Lead Intern

Role Overview Hirloye is looking for a motivated and skilled SEO Team Lead Intern to join our Chennai-based team for a 2-month full-time internship. This role is designed for candidates with hands-on SEO experience who are ready to step into a leadership position and guide a team toward achieving measurable results. Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate the SEO team to meet project objectives and timelines - Plan and implement On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies across client projects - Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities - Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance metrics - Manage backlink-building campaigns and outreach initiatives - Perform comprehensive SEO audits and provide actionable improvement recommendations - Mentor and guide junior SEO interns and team members - Collaborate with content writers, designers, and web developers for cohesive execution - Prepare detailed SEO reports and performance summaries for management review Required Qualifications - Strong working knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO practices - Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest - Solid understanding of keyword research, backlink strategies, schema markup, indexing, and website optimization - Ability to analyze SEO data and translate insights into effective growth strategies - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team - Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities - Prior SEO internship or project experience is preferred Why Join Us This internship offers you the rare chance to lead live client SEO projects and build real team management experience early in your career.
