Role Overview
Hirloye is seeking a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join their Chennai-based team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with a flair for cold calling and lead conversion in the digital marketing and website development space. The right candidate will play a key role in growing the client base and driving revenue through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing or website development solutions
- Explain services such as SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, and website development
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert them into paying customers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Keep CRM records updated and submit accurate sales reports
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development
- Strong cold calling, lead generation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory), Tamil, and English
- Basic understanding of website development and digital marketing services including SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
