Senior Talent Fulfilment Specialist

Role Overview Ciklum India is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Fulfilment Specialist to join their growing HR team in Chennai on a full-time basis. Ciklum is a global custom product engineering company with over 4,000 professionals worldwide, helping multinational organisations and scaling startups tackle complex business challenges. This is a high-impact role where you will own end-to-end recruitment for niche and high-volume positions while serving as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers across global markets. Key Responsibilities - Own full-cycle sourcing for niche and high-volume roles using Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, and innovative channel strategies - Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles ahead of formal requisition openings - Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by translating business needs into actionable talent acquisition strategies - Deliver proactive updates, market intelligence, and calibration feedback to keep all stakeholders well-informed - Track and manage key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source-of-hire, and quality-of-hire on a weekly basis - Leverage recruitment data to self-correct sourcing strategies, prioritise open requisitions, and report progress to leadership - Maintain accurate ATS hygiene and ensure all recruitment data is structured and reportable - Champion a world-class candidate experience through timely communication, structured feedback, and transparent process management - Represent and promote Ciklum's employer brand through every candidate interaction - Support hiring across EMEA and North America with flexibility to collaborate across time zones - Contribute to TA initiatives including employer branding campaigns, DEI hiring programmes, and process improvement projects Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 5 to 8 years of talent acquisition experience within a fast-paced tech or IT services environment - Proven expertise in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-Ray search, and LinkedIn Recruiter - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with experience handling multiple hiring managers simultaneously - Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools - Ability to own and present weekly recruitment metrics confidently to senior leadership - Prior experience recruiting for global markets such as EMEA or North America is a strong advantage Why Join Us Ciklum offers a collaborative One Team culture where you can work on large-scale, globally impactful projects alongside top professionals in a supportive and open environment.
