Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity with one of Weekday's high-growth clients in the EdTech space. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead a high-performing B2C sales team focused on enrolling working professionals into Executive Education programs offered by top universities and prestigious institutes across India. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of leadership acumen, sales expertise, and a passion for transforming careers through education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of B2C sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive enrollment growth in Executive Education programs
- Monitor daily sales operations and implement process improvements for optimal team performance
- Engage directly with prospective learners to understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates to support conversion and retention
- Analyse sales metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making and forecasting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or the education sector
- Demonstrated experience in team handling and people management
- Strong background in degree sales, educational sales, or academic sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
