Role Overview
As a Senior Process Analyst Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment support in partnership with IBM's operation management team. This role involves developing and implementing sourcing strategies to build a qualified talent pool while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements. You will work closely with business heads and hiring managers to meet organizational recruitment goals and drive talent acquisition success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete sourcing lifecycle while ensuring adherence to SLA requirements and taking corrective actions to drive recruitment success
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and suitability evaluations using structured screening methodologies
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies including social media sourcing and lead generation techniques
- Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to establish weekly, quarterly, and yearly recruitment goals for Global Delivery Centers
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR tools to screen candidates and maintain accurate candidate status updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through all recruitment stages from requisition through offer management
- Perform domain-specific analysis and contribute to business strategy development through recruitment insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience in ITES, BPO, or Finance and Accounting sectors
- Expertise in social media sourcing and other innovative recruitment channels
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Information Systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships and conduct difficult conversations professionally
- Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines

Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree required
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience in ITES or BPO
- Social media sourcing expertise
- ATS and HRIS proficiency
- Strong partner and stakeholder management skills
- Domain knowledge in IT services or consulting
- Change management experience
- Time management and deadline-driven work capability
