Senior Executive - Performance Marketing

Role Overview Tikitoro, India's first personal care brand crafted exclusively for children and teens, is seeking a results-driven Senior Executive in Performance Marketing to join their growing team in Guindy, Chennai. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and continuously optimise performance marketing campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Search, Display and YouTube, Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram, and Quick Commerce channels such as Zepto, Instamart, and BigBasket - Own and manage media budgets with a sharp focus on maximising ROI, improving ROAS, and reducing customer acquisition cost - Analyse campaign data and implement data-driven optimisations to improve performance across all paid channels - Run A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and conversion funnels to identify what drives the best results - Collaborate closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand goals and business objectives - Track, report, and present key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates on a regular basis - Identify new growth opportunities through emerging audiences, platforms, and marketing strategies - Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and best practices in performance marketing Required Qualifications - 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with strong exposure to the D2C industry - Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Amazon, Google platforms, and Meta - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable campaign improvements - Experience working at or with ads management agencies will be given preference - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused work environment with a high sense of ownership - Prior experience in the personal care or beauty category and familiarity with Quick Commerce platforms will be considered an added advantage Why Join Us Tikitoro is a recognised and award-winning D2C brand celebrated by Forbes India DGEMS and the e4m D2C Awards, offering you the chance to work on a meaningful brand that is reshaping personal care for the next generation. - 2 to 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience - Mandatory experience in the D2C industry - Proven expertise managing paid media on Amazon, Google, and Meta platforms - Experience with Quick Commerce platforms such as Zepto, Instamart, and BigBasket - Strong knowledge of metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, and LTV - Proficiency in A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience from ads management agencies preferred - Background in personal care or beauty category is an added advantage
