Executive - BDM Operations

As an Executive in BDM Operations based at Guindy, Chennai, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, managing vendor and marketplace relationships, and supporting the brand's overall growth across digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities - Identify, engage, and manage vendors, suppliers, and partners to strengthen the supply chain - Monitor vendor performance against quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks - Manage vendor invoices, cross-check with purchase orders, and maintain a well-organised digital repository of all financial documents - Process customer refund requests in coordination with the customer service team while ensuring policy compliance - Regularly update the company website with new products, promotions, and content in collaboration with the web development team - Support onboarding of new business software and coordinate team training for smooth adoption - Collaborate with customer service to handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of queries - Assist in planning and executing exhibitions, trade shows, and brand events including booth setup and post-event follow-up - Support PR activities including media coordination, influencer outreach, and product launch campaigns - Identify new e-commerce marketplaces and manage end-to-end onboarding including product listings and payment integration Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related discipline - 0 to 3 years of experience in business development, operations, or a related function; personal care, e-commerce, or retail background preferred - Strong vendor management and performance tracking abilities - Proficiency in website management and e-commerce platforms - Solid organisational skills with keen attention to detail in financial and invoicing processes - Good understanding of PR practices, event management, and digital marketplace onboarding - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across cross-functional teams - Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is an added advantage Why Join Us Tikitoro offers a dynamic and growth-oriented work environment where you can make a tangible impact on a nationally recognised D2C brand from day one.
